Two Chairs is on a mission to build a more accessible and data-driven mental health system. That starts with building a unique clinical culture.
At Two Chairs, we're rethinking the clinician experience from the ground up. Our approach combines the best elements of working at a big health system (financial stability, interdisciplinary teamwork) and private practice (clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling). Most importantly, we believe clinician collaboration is a foundational element of delivering excellent care, and that informs much of what we do from matching to case consultation.
Central to our mission as an acknowledgement that there is no one-size-fits-all therapist for any client. Great therapists come in many varieties and so, naturally, the team we're building is quite diverse. We deeply value different identities and welcome various treatment approaches, therapeutic orientations, and professional degrees. With technical expertise in matching and a collaborative, diverse clinic framework we can offer clients treatment tailored to their unique needs, identities, and goals.
Beyond tailoring care for clients and prioritizing collaboration, we're building an environment where our clinicians can grow as people and develop their skills as clinicians. Here are just some of the ways we're thinking about this:
Weekly case conferences
Regular process groups for all clinical staff
Mentorship between more and less experienced clinicians
Ad-hoc internal case consultation using a digital platform
Opportunities for ongoing learning - e.g., speaker series
If this sounds like an exciting place to work, we'd love for you to join us!
